This role was at one of the largest construction sites in the state at the time, featuring 50,000 square meters of construction across 50 blocks.

  • Oversaw the day-to-day operations of the construction site, managing a diverse team of 12 engineers and approximately 500 laborers.
  • Coordinated with four contractor companies, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • As a workshop supervisor intern initially, I rapidly advanced by demonstrating strong technical, communication, and leadership skills.
